1. Who this applies to

Riders who use the Taxista app to request rides, and Drivers who use the Taxista Driver app to accept them.

2. Information we collect

Account: name, phone number, gender (optional), e-mail (optional), profile photo (optional), and language. Your phone number is verified with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
Precise location: used to show nearby drivers, set pickup, match and track trips, and calculate fares. Riders: while the app is in use. Drivers: also in the background while online, so trips and requests keep working. You can turn location off in your device settings.
Trip data: pickup and drop-off points, route, times, fare, ratings, and messages with support. Riders and Drivers on the same trip see each other's name, vehicle, and live position for that trip.
Contacts you choose: only the emergency (SOS) contacts you select. We do not upload your address book.
Camera and photos: profile photo; for Drivers, identity and vehicle documents for approval. When you scan a bank card, the card image is processed on your device and is not uploaded to Taxista.
Wallet and payments: wallet balance, top-ups, and history. See section 4.
Device information: push-notification token and operating system, used to send ride notifications and keep the app working.

3. How we use and share it

To provide, secure, and support the service, calculate fares, process wallet balances, and prevent fraud.
With the other party on a trip, as described above.
With service providers who process data for us: Google Firebase (real-time trip updates and notifications), Google Maps (maps and routing), Twilio and WhatsApp (verification codes), and Moamalat (bank-card payments).
When required by law, or to protect safety and rights.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Payments and card data

Bank-card payments are made on Moamalat's secure payment page. Taxista never receives or stores your card number, expiry date, or security code (CVV). If you choose to save a card, its details are kept encrypted in your device's secure storage and are not sent to Taxista; the CVV is never saved. "Smart Fill" only fills the payment form on your device when you tap it. You still enter the CVV, confirm the payment, and complete your bank's verification yourself.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep account and trip records while your account is active, and for as long as the law or accounting requires. You can delete your account in the app (Settings, then Delete account). Your personal data is then deleted or anonymised, except records we must keep for legal and financial reasons. You can also ask us to access or correct your data using the contact details above.

6. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our systems is restricted.

7. Children

The apps are not intended for people under 18.

8. Changes

We will publish any changes on this page and update the date above.

1. من ينطبق عليه هذا

الركّاب الذين يستخدمون تطبيق تاكسيستا لطلب الرحلات، والسائقون الذين يستخدمون تطبيق تاكسيستا للسائق لقبولها.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها

الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والجنس (اختياري)، والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري)، وصورة الملف الشخصي (اختيارية)، واللغة. يُتحقق من رقم هاتفك برمز لمرة واحدة يُرسل عبر واتساب. يُخزَّن كلمة المرور بصيغة تشفير فقط.
الموقع الدقيق: يُستخدم لعرض السائقين القريبين، وتحديد نقطة الانطلاق، ومطابقة الرحلات وتتبعها، وحساب الأجرة. الراكب: أثناء استخدام التطبيق. السائق: أيضاً في الخلفية أثناء تواجده متاحاً للعمل، حتى تستمر الرحلات والطلبات. يمكنك إيقاف الموقع من إعدادات جهازك.
بيانات الرحلات: نقطة الانطلاق والوصول، والمسار، والأوقات، والأجرة، والتقييمات، ورسائل الدعم. يرى الراكب والسائق في الرحلة نفسها اسم الطرف الآخر ومركبته وموقعه المباشر لتلك الرحلة فقط.
جهات الاتصال التي تختارها: جهات اتصال الطوارئ (SOS) التي تحددها أنت فقط. لا نرفع دفتر عناوينك.
الكاميرا والصور: صورة الملف الشخصي، وللسائقين مستندات الهوية والمركبة للاعتماد. عند مسح البطاقة المصرفية تُعالَج صورة البطاقة على جهازك ولا تُرفع إلى تاكسيستا.
المحفظة والدفع: رصيد المحفظة وعمليات الشحن وسجلها. انظر القسم 4.
معلومات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات ونظام التشغيل، لإرسال إشعارات الرحلات والحفاظ على عمل التطبيق.

3. كيف نستخدم المعلومات ونشاركها

لتقديم الخدمة وتأمينها ودعمها، ولحساب الأجرة ومعالجة أرصدة المحفظة ومنع الاحتيال.
مع الطرف الآخر في الرحلة، كما هو موضح أعلاه.
مع مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا: Google Firebase (تحديثات الرحلات المباشرة والإشعارات)، وGoogle Maps (الخرائط والتوجيه)، وTwilio وواتساب (رموز التحقق)، وMoamalat (مدفوعات البطاقات المصرفية).
عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك، أو لحماية السلامة والحقوق.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات من أطراف أخرى.

4. الدفع وبيانات البطاقة

تتم مدفوعات البطاقات المصرفية في صفحة الدفع الآمنة لشركة Moamalat. لا يستلم تاكسيستا ولا يخزّن رقم بطاقتك أو تاريخ انتهائها أو رمز الأمان (CVV). إذا اخترت حفظ البطاقة، تُحفظ بياناتها مشفّرة في وحدة التخزين الآمن على جهازك، ولا تُرسل إلى تاكسيستا، ولا يُحفظ رمز CVV أبداً. تعبئة ذكية (Smart Fill) تملأ نموذج الدفع على جهازك فقط عند الضغط عليها، وتبقى أنت من يُدخل رمز CVV ويؤكد الدفع ويُكمل التحقق مع البنك.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وخياراتك

نحتفظ بسجلات الحساب والرحلات ما دام حسابك نشطاً، وبالمدة التي يقتضيها القانون والمحاسبة. يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق (الإعدادات، ثم حذف الحساب)، فتُحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو تُجهَّل، باستثناء السجلات التي يجب أن نحتفظ بها لأسباب قانونية ومالية. ويمكنك كذلك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها عبر وسائل التواصل أعلاه.

6. الأمان

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ويقتصر الوصول إلى أنظمتنا على المخوّلين.

7. الأطفال

التطبيقات غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.
