The service. Taxista is a platform that connects riders with independent drivers. Drivers are independent providers, not employees of Taxista. Availability depends on your market (city or country) and on drivers being nearby.
Accounts. You must be 18 or older, give accurate information, keep your password private, and not share your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Fares and payment. The fare is shown before you request or accept a ride, in the currency of your market (for example LYD in Libya). Payment is made from your wallet balance or as offered in your market. Wallet top-ups are made with recharge cards and, where offered, bank cards through Moamalat. Which methods are available depends on your market.
Cancellations and no-shows. Fees may apply, as shown in the app.
Safety and conduct. Follow the law and the driver's instructions. No illegal items, harassment, or misuse of the app. Drivers must hold the required licences, keep their vehicle roadworthy, and provide accurate documents.
Location and notifications. The apps need location access to work. See the Privacy Policy.
Wallet. The wallet balance is not a bank account and cannot be exchanged except as the app allows.
Our responsibility. We provide the platform "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts of independent drivers or for indirect losses.
Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

الخدمة: تاكسيستا منصة تربط الركاب بسائقين مستقلين. السائقون مقدّمو خدمة مستقلون وليسوا موظفين لدى تاكسيستا. تتوقف الخدمة على سوقك (المدينة أو الدولة) وعلى وجود سائقين قريبين منك.
الحساب: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر، وأن تقدّم معلومات صحيحة، وأن تحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور، وألّا تشارك حسابك مع غيرك. يحق لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.
الأجرة والدفع: تظهر الأجرة قبل طلب الرحلة أو قبولها، بعملة سوقك (مثل الدينار الليبي). يتم الدفع من رصيد محفظتك أو بالطريقة المتاحة في سوقك. يتم شحن المحفظة ببطاقات الشحن، وبالبطاقة المصرفية عبر Moamalat حيثما تتوفر. تختلف وسائل الدفع المتاحة حسب السوق.
الإلغاء وعدم الحضور: قد تُطبَّق رسوم، كما يظهر في التطبيق.
السلامة والسلوك: الالتزام بالقانون وتعليمات السائق، وعدم استخدام التطبيق في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو مضايقة أو إساءة. يجب أن يحمل السائق الرخص المطلوبة، وأن يحافظ على صلاحية مركبته للسير، وأن يقدّم مستندات صحيحة.
الموقع والإشعارات: يحتاج التطبيق إلى إذن الموقع ليعمل. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
المحفظة: رصيد المحفظة ليس حساباً مصرفياً، ولا يمكن استبداله إلا بالطريقة التي يتيحها التطبيق.
مسؤوليتنا: نقدّم المنصة «كما هي». وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أفعال السائقين المستقلين ولا الخسائر غير المباشرة.
التغييرات: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، واستمرار استخدامك للتطبيق يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
